1. SALES TERMS
The choosen goods are supplied by the the jeweller's shop BOSCHI s.a.s. , seated in via del Cristo 3/B 42025 Cavriago (RE), fiscal code and VAT number 01519870354, sole and unique owner of the web site called "boschi-gioielli.it".
Here following we report the conditions regulating the contracts of sale of goods and services linking up with the site "boschi-gioielli.it"
The contracts signed through the site "boschi-gioelli.it" are subject to the rules contained in the legislative decree n. 185/99 prescribed to protect the customer in the matter of remote agreements.

2. FORMING AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACTS
The information displayed in the virtual shop "boschi-gioielli.it" doesn't constitute offer of agreement.
The proposal of purchase of goods and services displayed in the site will be considered expressed by the user when he asking to charge the cost of the products inserted in his shopping trolley, 
included shipment and insurance cost. 
The contract of sales will be concluded and perfected when the confirmation massage of the order sending by the "boschi-gioielli.it" arrived on the e-mail case of the

Everyone rejects or, during the period of the lying in the laying packages office, don't  withdrawal the goods will be consider however obliged to implementation and the respect of rules ivi indicated, that with the
demand of order they are from agreeing like accepted. The Boschi S.A.S. company will proceed for ways lawyers to obtain the reimbursement of: shipment expenses, expenses of re-enter of the package, expenses
of packing and expenses lawyers. Is the burden of purchaser verify the correct functionally of his e-mail box; he is therefore responsible of a lack or don't correct 
The contract of sale will be concluded and finished at the moment that the message of order confirmation sent by boschi-gioielli.it will reach the e-mail box of the user on the server of his access provider. 
It's responsibility of the user to verify the correct working of his e-mail address; therefore he's responsible of a possible bad or not correct working of it.

3. PAYMENTS
The payment of the sum due to boschi-gioielli.it for the purchase of goods and services can be made:

4. SHIPMENT EXPENSES
The delivery of the goods takes place by:
- Italian Express Courier (delivery in 24-48 business hours from shipment date for Italian zone)
- International Express Courier (delivery from 1 to 5 days for all zones from shipment date).
The type of shipping most suitable will be selected by the sender according to the price order, and the destination.

The cost of the different shipment expenses change on the basis of the weight of the goods 
The amount of the shipment expenses is anyway communicated before completing the order. Any additional shipment expensive(restitution, substitution, repair not in warrenty, wrong order) is completely to charged of the costumers .

5. PRESENTATION OF THE GOODS AND SERVICES OF boschi-gioielli.it 
The display of every single article and service present in the virtual shop will be made through the description of its essential features and of the particular warranty conditions assured by the manufacturer of the article.
All prices are published 21% Italian Vat included. 
If the purchase is done by individual body that live in Italy or in a European Union Country, the price will be charged of 22% Italian Vat.
If the purchase is done by a legal body (like Ltds, Incs, Trustees, Corporation, etc) living in a European Union Country, Italy excluded, this will be 20% Italian Vat-free (art. 40 D.L. 331/93). 
If the purchase is done by whoever living outside all European Union Country, this will be 21% Italian Vat-free (art. 8 a D.P.R. 633/72).
The deliveries outside European Union could be charged of purchase taxes when entering your country; those taxes cannot be calculated in advance, their amounts change from country to country. Please contact your local import authority in order to get more informations about these taxes.

6. INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY AND ORIGINALITY OF PRODUCTS
All the product displayed in the site www.boschi-gioielli .it are original with original box and manufacturing 
All the products are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of purchase against every defect of fabrication also through the Concessionary and Service Centers of the several Marches. In case of prouved malfonctioning, warranty allows to repair or change the product. Damages due to incorrect use are not covered by warranty and we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred for incorrect use. Then, we are not responsible for direct or indirect damages occurred to people or things due to the malfunctioning of the products. The accecptance of all terms is made fulfilling the order form.

7. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS AND MODALITY OF SUPPLY OF THE SERVICES
The delivery of the goods and the services will be done in the place required by the customer at the moment of the order. The goods are sent with carriage paid and the shipment expenses paid in advance for the customer are included in the total amount of the order, inclusive also of the possible contribution of the customer to such expenses.
The delivery term will be pointed out from boschi-gioielli.it in the message of order confirmation (step 11 of GUIDE TO PURCHASE)
No default can be laid on the vendor in case the delivery of the product or of the service is done beyond the scheduled terms because of strikes, picketings or other events out of his control.

8. CLAIMS
The customer will have the chance to send possible claims to the jeweller's shop BOSCHI Sas, with seat in via del Cristo 3/B 42025 Cavriago (RE) or to the e-mail address: info@boschi-gioielli.it.
For every controversy possibly resulting from, or related to, the undertaken engagements, the Court of Reggio Emilia is the exclusively competent seat.  

9. NOTE:
According to our Civil Code a contract of sale drawn up with a minor is invalid and must be done therefore through the parent who has parental authority

BOSCHI declines responsibility :

11.EXERTION OF WITHDRAWAL RIGHT former legislative decree 185/99
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within the expiry of 14 days, beginning from the delivery of the goods.
In case the agreement regards services, the 14 days begin from the stipulation date of the contract.
The withdrawal right is anyway excluded for the following agreements:
A) supply of services whose execution began, as agreed with the user, before the expiry of the dead-line of 7 working days
B) supply of goods or services whose price is bound to the floating of market rates which the supplier cannot control
C) supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized or goods which, for their own nature, can't be shipped back or risk to be damaged or go bad quickly
D) supply of  audiovisual products or sealed computer software, open by the user
E) supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines
F) supply of foods, beverages or other consumer products of home use supplied at the home, residence or place of work of the consumer from distributors who make frequent and regular rounds
G) agreements regarding supply of services related to accomodation, transport, refreshments, free time, when at the conclusion of the agreement the supplier commits himself to give these services in a precise date or period
Essential condition for the exertion of the withdrwal right is the substantial integrity of the goods to return.
The withdrawal right is exerted with the forwarding, within the expiry of 14 days from delivery, of a written communication through registered letter with acknoledgement of delivery to the jeweller's shop BOSCHI Sas, seated in Via del Cristo 3/b, 42025 Cavriago (RE) ITALY. The communication of withdrawal can also be sent , withing the same dead-line, by e-mail to the following address boschi@pec.boschi-gioielli.it.
In case of withdrawal, the delivered product must be returned whole and in its original packaging to the jeweller's shop BOSCHI Sas, with seat in Via del Cristo 3/b 42025 Cavriago (RE) ITALY, within 14 working days from the date if was delivered.
The return of the product must take place at charge of the buyer, through insured package with carriage paid (packages with carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted)
In case of exertion of the withdrawal right the vendor will reimburse to the buyer the paid amounts, within an expiry of not more than 30 days, beginning from the date of acknoledgement of the withdrawal, through bank transfer, on condition that the product was returned whole in its original packaging within the expiry of 14 days from delivery. The reimbursed amount will be equal to the price of the product, remaining at charge of the buyer the shipment cost.
